I used to use the original version of this mascara (just plain old 'Telescopic') years ago based on the recommendation of a friend who had minimal length to her eyelashes and I remember it being amazing for adding lenght so when shopping for a new mascara recently I decided to give it another go. When I saw that there was a 'False Lash' version of it I imagined it would be even better at adding length due to it's added fibres.
The fibres are described as 'infinite lash lenghtening fibres' and they basically attatch to the end of your own lashes seamlessly and invisibly when you are applying the mascara. This really builds on the length of your own lashes making them appear super long.
Another thing which I love about this product is the staying power. It stays put all day with no flaking or smudging. This particular one isn't waterproof, however, there is a waterproof version available for even more staying power, even in these awful weather conditions that we seem to be experiencing at the moment.
The wand of this mascara is also something worth mentioning; It's a plastic brush with lots of tiny little plastic bristles to it. I'm not usually a big fan of plastic brushes but this one really separates every single lash meaning clumping is near impossible.
The only slight negative I have with this mascara is that it's not brilliant at adding volume but as I don't have a great deal of eyelashes anyway, this is a common problem I find with mascara so it's more than likely a personal issue rather than one with the mascara itself. I find that by using my Bourjois Intuitive Liner 'three dot technique' I am able to dispell any visible gaps in the lash line. Problem solved.
Have you ever tried this mascara? Which mascara do you gravitate towards for length?
