theBalm Mary-Lou Manizer AKA The Luminizer £15.00.

I am a highlighter fiend. I feel that without the addition of highlighter, a face can look really dull and flat, no matter how perfect the rest of the make up is, so with that said, when theBalm's Mary-Lou Manizer was included in Feel Unique's summer sale, I couldn't resist adding yet another highlighter to my collection.
The Mary-Lou Manizer is a champagne shade with golden-peach undertones and can be used as a highlighter, shimmer and/or an eyeshadow.
The powder itself is soft and silky and feels really gorgeous on the skin and although described as shimmer, there are no chunks of glitter, just very fine little particles meaning it can be swept all over the face to really lift the skin without making you look like a glitter ball, as well as being used as a typical highlighter on the top of the cheekbones.
Used as a highlight, the Mary-Lou Manizer can be built up from subtle to intense so in that sense it is perfect for everyone and the champagne-hue is really flattering and would suit many skin tones too. Wear time on this is also amazing as it keeps skin looking glowing and radiant for hours. And can we just take a moment to appreciate the packaging?!
It's retro and quirky and puts me in mind of a more cartoon-y version of Benefit's packaging, and contains a mirror within the compact, just in case you do want to touch up through the day.
This is the first product I have tried from theBalm and I have been super impressed, so much so that I will be taking full advantage of the discounts on the other theBalm products in the Feel Unique sale.
So girls, that's theBalm's Mary-Lou Manizer AKA the Luminizer, will you be giving it a go?
