Fast Shampoo and Conditioner £24.99.

I don't know anyone that ever asks for a 'mid-length' haircut/style. Short, above or on the shoulder, yes. Super long, yes. But I have never heard anybody pining over mid-length hair. Celebrity hair styles are a whole different territory; who doesn't want Alexa Chung hair?! Exceptions aside though, I'm sure you all know what I mean.
So, like the majority of people in the mid-length hair category, I am, and have been for years, trying to grow my hair and whilst I have had mild success, the dream is soon over when it's time for that dreaded trim and my ends need a good chop taking me right back to square one plus about 3mm, nothing groundbreaking there then!
Recently though, I have been giving Nisim's FAST products a try and so far, so good.
FAST is actually a pretty clever name for the Shampoo and Conditioner duo as it stands for Fortified Amino Scalp Therapy and It makes your hair grow fast- genius, hey?!
The idea is that by using FAST shampoo and conditioner every day, your hair can grow up to 99% faster than it's normal  rate! Sounds promising if not a little too good to be true, but in all honesty, the rate of my hair growth has increased by a pretty hefty amount.
So, I've measured this since I went back blonde so I have root regrowth to check on and in seven weeks, my hair has grown around an inch and a half which compared to the average growth of half an inch per month, is not at all bad, especially as my hair grows much slower than that average normally.
I think it's also important to say that both the shampoo and conditioner are both really lovely too. They make my hair feel soft and strong and the shampoo, my goodness does that stuff froth up like crazy.
Another great thing is that my hair is not coated or weighed down which, having fine hair, is such a bonus for me.
FAST's Shampoo and Conditioner pack is by no means cheap but if it's going to help me in my Rapunzel quest, I'm going to carry on using it.
What are your thoughts on FAST? Have you tried it?
